4th TNISIHUB Meeting, and Transnational Exchange in Erfurt, Germany // TASK4ISI

We are pleased to report on the successful conclusion of the 4th TNISIHUB Meeting and Transnational Exchange, held from December 2nd to 3rd in Erfurt, Germany, as part of the TASK4ISI – Interreg Central Europe project. Hosted by the German project partners, Plattform e.V. and Culture Goes Europe Soziokulturelle Initiative, the meeting brought together consortium partners from Hungary, Poland, Italy, Croatia, and Austria to strengthen transnational collaboration, exchange best practices, and further advance inclusive entrepreneurship and social innovation across Central Europe.

On Monday, December 1, the exchange began with a welcome gathering at Salinenstraße 34, where participants arriving early had the opportunity to tour the Social Impulse Hub, enjoy informal conversations over dinner and reconnect in a relaxed setting. This informal start set the tone for the days ahead and focused on building meaningful partnerships.

Day 1: Strategic Coordination and Transnational Peer Exchange

The meeting officially commenced on Tuesday, December 2, with a welcome session at ka:te Cafe’s working space (Veilchenstraße 32), setting the stage for two days of intensive collaboration. This was followed by the Steering Committee Meeting, during which partners provided updates on the implementation of project activities, progress within their respective ISIHUBs, and coordination matters related to the next project phases.

After a short break, the agenda transitioned into the 4th TNISIHUB Meeting, offering a dedicated space for partners to exchange insights on hub development, operational challenges, and emerging opportunities. The discussions highlighted the diversity of local contexts while reinforcing shared goals around inclusive entrepreneurship, capacity building, and social innovation.

Following lunch, participants engaged in 2×2 Peer Consultation sessions, a structured and interactive format that enabled partners to discuss concrete challenges, reflect on strategies, and offer targeted feedback to one another. This peer-based exchange fostered mutual learning and strengthened transnational cooperation through practical, experience-driven dialogue.

The day concluded with a guided tour of Erfurt, providing partners with an opportunity to explore the city’s historical and cultural landscape, followed by a social dinner. The informal setting encouraged deeper networking, relationship-building, and continued exchange beyond the structured program.

Day 2: Exchange with External Hubs and Collective Reflection

The second day focused on outward-looking exchange and reflection. Partners gathered at M6 (Marktstraße 6) for an exchange session with the hub teams working with similar target groups. This session enabled participants to learn from parallel initiatives, compare approaches, and discuss transferable practices in inclusive entrepreneurship support and social innovation.

The meeting then concluded with a reflection and wrap-up session, during which partners collectively assessed key learnings, identified next steps, and reinforced commitments for continued collaboration within the TNISIHUB network. Optional project visits to Weimar, Altenburg, and Chemnitz were offered in the following days for partners interested in further exploring regional innovation ecosystems.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all partners and stakeholders for their active participation and valuable contributions to the 4th TNISIHUB Meeting and Transnational Exchange in Erfurt. The shared insights, constructive dialogue, and strong collaborative spirit demonstrated throughout the event significantly contribute to advancing the objectives of the TASK4ISI project and strengthening inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship across Central Europe.

The project has been co-funded under the Interreg Central Europe program of the European Union through the project “TASK4ISI” – Transnational Action to advance SKills and competences FOR Inclusive entrepreneurship and Social Innovation.
