We are pleased to report on the successful conclusion of the Steering Committee Meeting, Press Conference, 3rd TNISIHUB Meeting, and Transnational Exchange held on June 5th and 6th, 2025, in Split, Croatia, as a key component of the TASK4ISI project. This significant gathering, hosted by Public Institution RERA S.D. for Coordination and Development of Split-Dalmatia County and Cluster for eco-social innovation and development – CEDRA Split, convened partners and stakeholders with the objective of advancing skills and competencies essential for inclusive entrepreneurship and social innovation.

Day 1: Collaborative Strategic Planning and Public Outreach
The agenda commenced with the 3rd Steering Committee Meeting, during which partners delivered comprehensive updates on the developmental status of their respective ISIHubs, covering progress for Period 2, preparations for the July project review, and the monitoring plan.
Discussions also encompassed the progress of the framework for sustaining inclusive entrepreneurship support programs, incorporating a presentation and interactive group activity focusing on “Ecosystem requirements” and “Effective Incubation programmes”.
These discussions seamlessly transitioned into the 3rd TNISIHUB exchange, where the “Sustainability of ISIHUB Network” was extensively explored through a dynamic World Cafe format, with four tables discussing maintaining the network’s vision and purpose, partnerships and ecosystem building, communication and engagement post-project, ways of sharing knowledge, and funding for future collaboration.

A pivotal aspect of the day was the meticulously organized press conference. This event served to underscore the critical importance of fostering connections between local and transnational actors within the inclusive entrepreneurship landscape. The conference garnered notable media coverage from regional outlets, including Radio Dalmacija and Dalmacija Danas, thereby effectively disseminating our message to a broader public.

Day 2: Informative Study Visits and Showcasing Dalmatian Innovation
The itinerary began with a visit to the Technology Park Split, a contemporary hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. Attendees were presented with inspiring insights from local female entrepreneurs, startup founders, and social business initiatives, highlighting the region’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Subsequently, the delegation visited the concept store FAVA in Kaštela, an impressive social enterprise managed by elementary school students. The visit included an introduction to FAVA, engaging group activities such as tea tasting and product preparation, and a unique herb-based experience, culminating in a comprehensive wrap-up discussion and Q&A session.
The day concluded with a visit to Restaurant Leptir in Trogir, a commendable social enterprise operated by an association of persons with disabilities. This visit provided a compelling demonstration of inclusive entrepreneurship in practical application.
