Hi, my name is Mathis, and I am from Angers in the North-West of France. I am 24 years old, and I just finished my Master in Conflict and Mediation specialized in history and geopolitics. I’ve lived in different countries through my life with my gap year and my internships. I am now in Erfurt for this new adventure.
I’ve always loved being part of the community, building new projects, communicate, exchange ideas, debate… After my studies I’ve thought that joining an organization in Germany could help me to improve my skills (communication, creating a project) but also my German.
This is how I ended up being part of the European Solidarity Corps at CGE Erfurt. This organization brings together a formal and an informal part. It also let you the space to learn and develop your skills, to find what you like.
I am really excited for this new experience. Being part of the organization for the all year will get me the time to explore and discover all the parts that the organization has to offer.
Mathis is engaged in CGE within the “Community Goes Europe 7” project. The project is funded under the European Solidarity Corps program of the Europen Union.
