ENTER-PRENEURSHIP
Building Capacity of Education service providers to support Aspiring Entrepreneurs and Social Innovators with Migrant and Refugee Background.
As a participant in this social entrepreneurship event, I engaged in hands-on learning focused on inclusion, innovation, and community development. The experience strengthened my understanding of social entrepreneurship as a tool for positive social change while collaborating with diverse participants on real community challenges. Through practical activities, I developed problem-solving and creative thinking skills and deepened my commitment to contributing meaningfully to inclusive and sustainable communities.

About the project
ENTER-PRENEURSHIP is an Erasmus+ project in the field of adult education, that aims to strengthen the capacity of education providers to support migrants, refugees, and marginalized adults in developing entrepreneurial and social innovation skills. The project focuses on social entrepreneurship as a tool for inclusion, empowerment, and community transformation, especially in rural and shrinking cities across Sweden, Germany, Lithuania, and Norway.
Over the course of the project, partners work together to develop practical, non-formal educational modules based on the EntreComp framework. These modules help adult learners build skills such as problem-solving, creativity, responsible business thinking, and community leadership. Adult educators and NGO workers are trained to use these tools, ensuring long-term impact beyond the project itself. Through international study visits, intensive training programs, and local social hackathons, participants gain hands-on experience by working on real community challenges together with local stakeholders.
The project also produces a toolkit and a casebook that collect best practices and tested methods, making the results transferable to other organizations across Europe. By combining education, entrepreneurship, and community engagement, ENTER-PRENEURSHIP supports social inclusion, active participation, and sustainable local development while empowering migrants and marginalized adults to become active contributors to their communities.
