Unemployment is one of the problems that an individual may face today. According to a report from Eurostat, as of March 2017 an estimation of 19.716 million men and women in the EU-28, of whom 15.515 million were in the euro area, were unemployed. For CGE, one of the best ways to minimize the unemployment in the region is through capacity building. The organization continues to organize training courses and summer camps about social entrepreneurship, coding and robotics. The training courses and summer camps aim to develop and improve new competences that are relevant and timely in joining the labor market.
