With the widespread use of social media, information is spread easily. Hate speech online, spread of fake news, irresponsible and inappropriate usages of different social networking sites are some of the topics that CGE wants to address. CGE, through its various projects under this thematic focus, aims to educate the youth on how to use the different platforms of media responsibly and wisely especially that most of the youth nowadays are very active in the online world. Furthermore, CGE also organizes awareness campaign on how to combat hate speech particularly online.
