On the 18th of December, CGE held the very first online bridge between the volunteers of Community Goes Europe 2!
Following the International Volunteer Day, which we celebrated on the 5th of December, our four volunteers in Erfurt joined together with the volunteers in Portugal, Spain, Ukraine and Belarus to talk to each other about their experiences so far, their future goals and how they feel about their work. They even had the chance to get to know the new volunteer that will join Cazalla Intercultural in Spain, Johanna!
The volunteers are all taking a break soon to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve, visit their families and do some traveling, while getting some rest and preparing themselves for what 2020 will bring them.
It’s all about bringing the motto of the project – building solidarity across the nations – to a different, and more real, level.
