Olá! My name is Telma, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Porto, Portugal.
I studied International Relations in college (both Bachelor and Master’s Degree) and I’m passionate about Human Rights and Environmental Security.
I love working with the community to which I belong, so I’ve been involved with student groups and different local or national associations. I learned a lot through them and they introduced me to the world of event planning and design, which I absolutely adore!
But I felt like I should step out of my comfort zone and try to integrate a new community abroad, which is something I always wanted to do. Through loads of conversations with friends, I got to meet the ESC and CGE.
I’m really thankful for the chance to be a volunteer at CGE, this is a great opportunity to know more about interculturality through international projects, and to learn more about Erfurt, Germany, and its people.
I’m very excited to see what the future holds with this adventure and I will give my best to see CGE strive!
