On Sunday, December 14th, Community Goes Europe (CGE) Erfurt organised its Project Management Day 2025 and gathered members of the organisation for a full day dedicated to exchange and strategic reflection. This internal meeting represented an important moment to reconnect as a team, review the challenges and positive outcomes of the past year, and openly discuss the future direction of CGE.
The day started with a warm-up energizer, which helped create an open and collaborative atmosphere from the very beginning. Shortly after, Moritz, CGE’s Treasurer, joined the meeting online and gave a brief introduction. The core of the day was then dedicated to detailed project presentations. Project managers presented their work one by one, allowing everyone to gain a comprehensive overview of CGE’s ongoing and upcoming activities.

In total, fourteen projects currently running or planned in Europe and partner countries were presented:

The day concluded with open discussions among the project managers, focusing on collaboration, coordination and the future development of the organisation. During these exchanges, tasks and responsibilities were redistributed across the team, from research and communication to accounting, website management and project coordination. Each member was able to express their interests and identify the projects and roles in which they would like to be involved.
As a result of this Project Management Day, CGE now has a clearer and shared vision for the months ahead. The meeting strengthened internal coordination, clarified roles within the organisation and created a solid basis for moving forward together with renewed motivation and a common direction.
