Sustainable cities and communities in Thuringia

During the “Sustainable Month” 2018, CGE Erfurt e.V. will organize a panel discussion and workshop consisting of local experts on the topic of grassroots initiatives in sustainable urban planning on June 1st. The discussion will focus on the issue of community networks and the role of grassroots activism that extends beyond traditional governmental power in initiating social inclusion and spatial meaning to the city power. Our experts will talk about how to encourage the urban community and shaping the future development of their environment to create a community that is cohesive, inclusive and importantly, adaptive to change.
