About the project:
CGE Erfurt e.V. is supporting the local Global Bio Garden initiative by operating as the applicant organisation for a Solidarity Project funded by the European Solidarity Corp program of the European Union. For 12 months the Global Bio Gardens initiative will receive financial support from the program, as well as access to an expert external coach for twelve days over the year. CGE Erfurt will work as an intermediary between this initiative and the ESK program, as the Global Bio Gardens works towards long-term sustainability.
Context of the call:
As part of our local work on intercultural dialogue in Erfurt, CGE Erfurt e.V. is supporting the Global Bio Gardens in the administration of the Global Bio Gardens Solidarity Project. On behalf of the project group, CGE Erfurt e.V. is opening a call for applications for three short-term experts to support the project group in three areas; dissemination, engagement with local institutions, and development.
Dissemination Advisor:
To support the project group in promoting the ongoing work of the community garden, the project group is seeking consultancy support in establishing a structure to manage the community’s Facebook, Whatsapp group, and Instagram. On the 29th of October, to support the GBG project group to implement a Human Library of Migration at Ilversgehofen. (17 hours over two months, November to December, anticipated renumeration: 400,00 EUR).
Local Networking Advisor:
To support the project group in networking with key local institutions, such as educational institutions, co-funding institutions, and peer initiatives, the project group is seeking expert input on advocacy and stakeholder engagement processes. On the 29th of October, to support the GBG project group to implement a Human Library of Migration at Ilversgehofen. (17 hours over two months, November to December, anticipated renumeration: 400,00 EUR).
Development Advisor:
To support the project group in creating a physical structure for community equipment and meetings, the project group is seeking support in receiving expert input on logistics, financial assessments, and co-funding opportunities for this project to create/buy a garden shed. On the 29th of October, to support the GBG project group to implement a Human Library of Migration at Ilversgehofen (20 hours over two months, November to December, anticipated renumeration: 500,00 EUR).
