From 20 April to 25 April 2026, participants from Sweden, Germany, Lithuania, and Norway gathered in Orrefors, Sweden, for the ENTER-PRENEURSHIP Training Course, organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU small-scale cooperation project.
This training course brought together educators, facilitators, aspiring entrepreneurs, and participants interested in non-formal education and social entrepreneurship. Throughout the week, the group explored how entrepreneurial competences can become powerful tools for community transformation and social impact.
Using interactive and practice-oriented methods, participants took part in sessions focused on social entrepreneurship, opportunity recognition, problem analysis, stakeholder mapping, design thinking, communication, branding, pitching, and teamwork. The programme combined role-play simulations, group work, practical exercises, and daily reflections, which created a dynamic learning environment where participants could actively experiment, collaborate, and develop new ideas together.
A strong focus of the training was placed on the EntreComp framework and the development of entrepreneurial mindsets beyond traditional business settings. Participants explored how entrepreneurship can support local communities, encourage active participation, and generate innovative responses to social challenges.

The international dimension of the project also played an important role. Bringing together participants from four different countries created valuable opportunities for intercultural exchange, peer learning, and future cooperation between organisations working in education and community development.
Beyond the learning experience itself, the project aims to create long-term impact. After the training, participants are expected to facilitate the experienced modules together with their sending organisations, helping transfer knowledge, methods, and practical tools to their local communities.
Through ENTER-PRENEURSHIP, CGE e.V. continues to support innovative educational approaches that empower individuals with entrepreneurial competences, intercultural understanding, and the confidence to create positive social change.
