From 10th till 18th of March our assosiate member Sofiia Pyshnieva participated in the Training Course “Make yourself visible” in Czech Republic. Young talanted activists from 12 countries discovered topic of social media, mastered different online-tools to create glorious visual content and faced challenges of modern digital world. What useful outcomes can we share with you, read below.
The long term training course “Make yourself visible” is organised by Stredisko volneho casu Ivancice (CZ) and NGO “Academy of innovation” (RU). The LTTC is focused on development of IT skills of youth workers and young people active in social field, willing to develop project and in need of knowledge about building simple web-sites, working with social media, creating visualization materials – everything that would allow them to take their projects and their work to the next level. During the first part of the TC participants learnt both in theory and in practice how to use simple online tools which make their work visible, they designed web-sites, worked with social media and created visual materials )posters, infographic, etc). During 8 days participants from Armenia, Poland, Germany, Ukraine, Portugal, Georgia, Belarus, Hungary, Macedonia, Russia, Greece and Czech Republic have learned: “If you’re not present online, you’re not present anywhere”.
How was the atmosphere and what participants took at home as the main outcome – look in the video, which was created by two participants of training.

“Training course was amazing! I always use some visualisation techniques in my work, but I had never thought that digitalisation of drawing can be so easy and will looks amazing! I discover the whole universe with tools for infographics and presentation. It will help me in daily life and project-work. And after the Doodle-workshop I really inspired to improve my skills in this field. Come to my workshop in CGE, haha! Will wait for the second part of TC in June!”
