Culture Goes Digital: Job-shadowing at Emphasys Centre Report

CGE Erfurt e.V. believes that in the current digital era it is crucial to train its staff. With this regard a job-shadowing activity at the Emphasys Center (Nicosia, Cyprus) was developed, offering possibility to gain profound competences and knowledge in managing an ICT center and courses for adult educators.

The job-shadwoing, which is part of the larger project “Culture Goes Digital”, is aimed at bringing team members of CGE Erfurt to visit Emphasys Center for two weeks and learn from their experiences. The participants of the job-shadowing are going to learn the best practices of developing, establishing and managing teaching courses on administrative level.
