Ciao! I’m Martina, and I come from Italy. I studied foreign languages and international politics, spent a semester in Berlin during my Erasmus, and have been working in Brussels for the past few years in communications roles. Coming back to Germany feels like a full circle moment.
I decided to apply to CGE because I wanted to step into something more hands-on and community-driven. I’m genuinely curious about how NGOs operate — the projects they run, the challenges they navigate, and the multicultural environments they create. I’m excited to contribute to project management while also bringing my communications background to the table, including social media.
I’m looking forward to being part of a team where different languages, cultures and perspectives coexist.
